What is it?

It is a procedure by which the notary verifies that a person is who appears in a photograph. In addition, the requirements of Art. 76 of Decree 960 of 1970 must be met.

    No, the Notary only verifies that the person is who appears in the photograph.

  • Citizenship card
  • Photograph to be authenticated.
  • Document specifying to be the person in the photo.
