  • 1. ¿Is it possible to make modification to the horizontal property regulations?
     

    Yes, the new regulation must be approved in a general assembly and the minutes of the assembly must be presented in paper and magnetic media in the the notary, together with the citizenship ID and the assembly minute detailing the appointment of the administrator or legal representative.

Requirements

  • Chamber and Commerce Certificate of existence and legal representation.
  • Building permit.
  • Architectural plans.
  • Detailed document with boundaries, common areas and statutes of co-owners.
